Skin Care Products for Mature Women

Let’s talk! Skin Care Products for Mature Women! It’s hard to be a sex symbol at 52. Nothing is as easy as it once was. I used to hate the term “mature woman”, and now I love it. There are perks to being mature. For one, we should be able to afford our lives, which helps us buy more beauty products! Another bonus is as mature women, we have learned many lessons, and we have the wisdom to prove it!  Can I share something with you? The humor of me choosing this subject and trust me the irony is not lost on me.  When I was younger my mother would tell me how important it was to use good skin care. And I didn’t take her seriously, as many young people do, I kind of just blew off the good advice. But if mom could see me now! I love skin care and here I am discussing skin care, lol.

Skin Care Products for Mature Women: Let’s talk Perimenopause

Let’s talk Perimenopause! I am sick and tired of hearing about hot flashes; Perimenopause has a slew of other symptoms. As we get into perimenopause, our bodies change and enter a state of what feels like puberty. We have skin changes, due to hormonal fluctuations, which can be as upsetting as any of the other symptoms and as difficult to manage. At the onset of perimenopause, it wasn’t uncommon for me to get break outs and blemishes. Sometimes I would look in the mirror and see the little dipper on my face. As a mature woman, this can feel daunting as we try to figure out how to manage these newfound skin conditions. What I have found, is that we spend unnecessary money and collect a lot of useless products in the pursuit of the perfect product. I am hoping that all of my useless spending and now a good collection of useful products will help.

Skin Care Products for Mature women:  PanOxyl facial Cleanser

Skin Care for Mature Women: PanOxyl

PanOxyl  is an AMAZING skin care product for mature women who are experiencing perimenopausal acne. We started using this when we were experiencing break out after break out. Waking up in the morning with a surprise little dipper on our face. The main ingredient of PanOxyl is Benzoyl Peroxide 10%. The other thing we really like about it, is that it is affordable and easily found at Walmart! As I mentioned before, the wisdom of being a mature woman, I have realized that it is not the price tag on the product that makes it great or better. Results are the driver, and this product delivers on results. I cannot tell you how clean my face feels when I use PanOxyl. Another benefit I really like about it, is that is completely takes off my makeup. Other facial cleansers always left residue from the makeup and did not leave my face feeling clean.

Skin Care Products for Mature Women: Ritual Oil

Skin Care for Mature Women: Ritual OilAre you a child of the Universe, and want to raise your vibration and have super soft skin? Ritual Oil is an amazing skin care product for mature women. We have been using this product for several months. I apply a small amount to my face and neck in the morning before applying makeup. Then again after washing my skin at night. I have noticed that because my skin is hydrated, there are minimal fine lines. Plus, the smell is amazing too!  The Ritual Oil is a 100 percent pure cold pressed Moringa oil that is infused with Blue Lotus.

Skin Care for Mature Women: Tick-Tock got me Peter Thomas Roth

Skin Care for Mature Women: Peter Thomas RothYes, I was influenced and tick-tok got me! I am almost out of the first tube and will be hitting up the tick-tock shop for the second tube. If you have not tried it, you MUST! I use it on my under eyes, eye lids and forehead, allowing it to sit as long as I can before applying makeup. It works for a good part of my day, and also gives confidence. Give this product a try if you have under eye issues and forehead lines!

Skin Care for Mature Women: Conclusion

All of the products in this post are products I use every day. I would not endorse a product if I wasn’t happy it, didn’t use it or didn’t have a positive experience with it. I am not being paid; I get nothing for endorsing these products. Finding these products so helpful, inspires my desire to share the positive effects!  I hope if you try any of them, that you are as equally pleased!
